How do orders work?
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. You will receive another email when your order has been shipped. If you would like to cancel your order, please email hello@artbasket.co.uk within 24 hours of placing your order.
When will my order be shipped?
At Art Basket, we aim to ensure that our art is lovingly packed and dispatched to you as soon as possible. To preserve the unique relationship we have between our customers and our artists, all of our art comes straight from the talented hands which created it, therefore dispatch times can vary. Once your order has been placed, please allow between 3-10 working days for your order to be dispatched. Additional time may be needed if your artwork is being framed, as frames are made to order and extra care is placed in the packaging process.
If you still have not received your dispatch confirmation after 10 days, please contact us on our contact form or email us on hello@artbasket.co.uk.

How can I return my order?
For returns, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Items are expected to be returned in the condition in which they were sent within 21 days of delivery to receive a full refund. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Can I buy a gift voucher?
Artwork can be a personal preference. If you would like to buy a gift for somebody, but you're unsure what to get them, we offer gift vouchers that can be given to your friends and family. You can decide how much you would like to give and even include a personalised message! Buy your gift voucher here.
Can I commission a piece of artwork?
Looking for the perfect piece of artwork, either for yourself or a friend, but can't find what you're looking for in our store? Get in touch on our contact form, or email us on hello@artbasket.co.uk and we will aim to ensure that you get exactly what you are looking for.

Your chosen Artist (if you have one)
Your budget
The subject of your artwork
Up to 3 JPEG images for inspiration
